Guarantee:

1. Products are fully guaranteed from any manufacturer defect
2. Megabatteries.com must be contacted before items will be replaced
3. Customer has 30 days to report any problems in order to receive a replacement or refund
4. Returned products will be fully tested. All purchases made through WorldPay will be refunded to your credit card, otherwise a cheque will be issued. Any products that are deemed not to be defective will be subject to a 15% restocking fee
