They can be fully discharged or only slightly discharged – no matter – with immunity from memory effect, their “memory” will not lessen or become reduced no matter when they’re recharged.

The higher the mAh rating on any battery, the longer the run-time time it will provide. Run-time means length of time the battery will deliver power for, on one charge.
