AA size lithium cells are 1.5 volt batteries and just as with all lithium chemistry batteries, are non-rechargeable. AA Lithiums are terrific alternatives to AA Alkaline batteries, because of their superior performance.

Lithium is a high power battery chemistry and is sure to out-perform standard AA Alkalines because they will generally last 5 times as long as AA Alkalines! They cost more than Alkalines but there’s really no comparison when you consider that they’ll last 5 times as long on any given charge.

AA Lithiums are great batteries for high-drain (high-power consumption) products.

They’re made by leaders in the industry like: Energizer, Duracell, which we sell, as do we also sell them by Powerizer, Camelion, and Hitech.
Of NOTE: Do not confuse AA Lithiums with AA Lithium Ion batteries. These two chemistries are not at all the same. Lithium Ion is a rechargeable battery chemistry and are not available for consumer use in size AA. AA Lithium batteries are direct replacements for all devices that use AA size batteries. You might want to make the switch over to Lithiums from Alkalines and if you do, MEGAbatteries.com is the place to do it.
